Born and raised in vibrant and bustling Southeast Asia, Jen believes that to truly experience a place, one must do and eat as the locals do. Even after traveling around the globe, she will always return to her original love of Vietnamese and Malaysian cuisine.

Hsiang-Yu loves to eat, travel, cook (and repeat)! She started her cooking journey when she moved to Boston for college. She enjoys time spent around trying new recipes, making food for family and friends, and exploring different types of restaurants.
